Our breakthrough emerged when a client faced a rushed investor meeting in 2022 and needed arrangements delivered on a tighter schedule. Instead of saying “impossible,” we developed what we now call "flex-timing"—bouquets that look perfect whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
